Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child4 years agoA. Hi dear mom Cow milk to be introduced once baby completes one year. Till then continue to breast feed ur baby or give formula milk. Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with semi solids and water like ripe banana, apple puree, ceralac etc
