Q.

#asktheexpert From what age can we feed something other than milk to our baby? And what can we feed? Fruit juice?

A. you can give complementary food, water after completing 6 month.. Breast milk is the recommended source of nutrition for infants, especially during the first 6 months of life .

A. you should feed baby exclusively breast feed for six months then after you can start with solid semi solid and water as ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge Dalia sabudana cerelac khichdi dal water rice water puree mashed fruits and vegetables as potato sweet potato carrot pear sapota banana apple pumpkin remember one new food one at a time
