#AskTheExpert From last 8-10 days my baby is suffering from runny nose and cough. medicine treatment given but still problem is there

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a phroper examination.
steaxm inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like wikoryl, alex cold
In viral illness there can be cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration .

keep a bowl of chopped onion near her bed apptox three feet far over night and I
use Nebulizer as suggested by your doctor for fast relief
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered
