A. if the child is one year in 10 months old and if having some tough difficult to comment like this without a proper examination so it is advised to consult your doctor once for proper examination and accordingly the doctor will guide you in this matter so consult dr

Hello maam If that was for cough and it suited your child and absolutely you can continue with it just the dosage would be different so whatever dosage your child was getting till the age of one year you can just double eight now and give it to your child twice a day other than that if you want you can consult your doctor once again
