#AskTheExpert From 4th month I will have to resume to office, can we suggest foods to start with during day time. is it only formula or can we give home made purees.

A. hi no please give semisoild food only after 6 months age. till that continue with breastmilk or formula. if you are giving breastfeeding,I would suggest to use breastpump so that your child can get it even you are not there with your child.
