Contraception of proper types you need. regularly use n not missing is important. avoid multiple dose changeWell, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this.

Few mommies get their periods even while breastfeeding and few mommies don’t get even after an year. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated while breastfeeding your baby.
