Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. This can occurs due to weather changes and temperature variations or simple cold and rarely infection. kindly give nasal saline drops (nasoclear /nasivion s)every three hourly and since it is a salt water/saline water it does not have any side effects and can be given again and again for nasal blockage and respiratory cough. It will diss olve mucus in nose and throat. For fever and pain give paracetamol Try to prevent temperature variaticons around the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. U Should go ahead with proper medication after consulting the doctor there is no such home remedy that I can suggest to as of now because your child is too small maximum what you can do is just nebulise the child 2 times a day
