#AskTheExpert For my 11 month old kid , can I completely stop formula milk and start with cow milk. If I can start with cow milk , then do I need to mix water in cow milk or can I give without mixing water ? He was premature and birth weight was 920 gm. Now he is 11 months old and his weight is 6.1 Kg

A. it is better to start with animal milk after 1 year complete and there is no need of adding water but you should start with a small amount initially like hundred ml once in the day and gradually you can increase the amount
