#AskTheExpert For my 11 month old kid , can I completely stop formula milk and start with cow milk. If I can start with cow milk , then do I need to mix water in cow milk or can I give without mixing water ? He was premature and birth weight was 920 gm. Now he is 11 months old and his weight is 6.1 Kg

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. it is better to start with animal milk after 1 year complete and there is no need of adding water but you should start with a small amount initially like hundred ml once in the day and gradually you can increase the amount
