Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. if you are babies 5 kg weight so you can give paracetamol drops 0.7 ml to the baby if the fever is there and it can be repeated every 6 hours if it is required again

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello do not give any medication unless prescribed by your doctor and it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too
