A. hi good morning. you can eat all nutritious homemade foods. include curd buttermilk banana neembupani coconut water in diet to maintain hydration. eat milk drufruirs too. also have all the foods that you crave for. maintain good active Lifestyle

A. You should consume milk everyday. Fish, but do not have fishes that are high in mercury, Broccoli, Sweet potatoes, Spinach, Brown rice, Apples, Pomegranate, Almonds, Walnuts for good for baby brain growth. You can even have dry fruit milkshake. Limit food that are high in fat, sugar and salt. Have juices without sugar. Have healthy snacks and cut down junk foods. Avoid papaya, pineapple, mangoes, sea food, caffeine, grapes, have limited non veg. Avoid spicy and oils foods.
