A. Dear ma’am, establish a mealtime routine but let your kid decide when to eat and how much to eat. Offer three meals and two healthy snacks in addition to milk. Nuts, dry fruits, fruits, soup, boiled Channa, sprouts, puffed rice, boiled corn etc can be given for snacking. Include millets and leafy greens weekly twice
