Can give egg chicken fish
Add powdered nuts (almond cashew nut walnut) to food
avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups and fruit juices as they do not provide enough nutrition and fill stomach.
add ghee/oil on top of food for making it energy dense and squeeze some lemon where possible to increase iron absorption.
continue to breastfeed

Give seasonal fruits vegetables kiwi apple banana mango juice
Maintain hydration
Give mashed potato mashed banana mashed sweet potato etc
Give khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
