#asktheexpert feels like my kid is having stomach infection ...can I give him albendazole ...he is 3 years old ...what would be the dosage

That is not for stomach infection that is for a deworming so if your child is having a stomach infection First confirm with your doctor what is the problem and they’ll advise you medicines for the infection this you can give of course two batches in 14 days gap half of the medicine tonight and a half after 14 days
