NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello if the child as eczema problem then it would better be not to use olive oil to massage your baby skin and you may either use pure coconut 🥥 oil or use any mild and gentle baby massage oil which is made of natural ingredients and safe to be used for baby
