#AskTheExpert everytime my baby cries a bit just before peeing and goes calm again. is that normal?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. it is o k . No need to worry for this it is a normal thing in babies at this age . And there is no need of any medicine . But if problem remains and you feed some abnormal thing in baby then need to consult near by doctor .

Stool- it is very common and normal for small children who are less than 6 months of age not to pass stool for 10 days also also sometimes children will pass stool 7 or 8 times per day also and that is also normal and if the consistency of the stool is semi solid to solid there is no need to worry about the frequency as well as colour of stool
you will have to meet your doctor if the consistency is very watery and the child is uncomfortable or there is blood in the stooll
Also straining while passing urine and stool is normal..
