#AskTheExpert even though she eats well, rice ,grains ,nuts ,fruits but she don't drink milk other than breast milk my baby is 2year old but her weight is still 9.48kg her birth weight was 2.6kg pls suggest some tips for weight gain

A. Nuts, seeds and avocados are healthy fat sources to help your child gain weight. Try adding nuts and seeds to cereal, salads, pasta and vegetables. Add avocado slices to sandwiches, burgers and salads or as a topper for scrambled eggs. Sauté or stir-fry vegetables, meat, chicken and fish in olive or canola oil.
