A. the best way to regularise your menses is by regular basis daily walking yoga and meditation these are the best things to maintain hormonal balance also timely intake of food and adequate water intake is important

A. you should consult with your gynaecologist regarding this once as she will guide you better after proper examination and analyzing and suggest you best medication accordingly. this can be due to many reasons thyroid, harmonal imbalance, iron deficiency, pcod, etc
