#asktheexpert Eshani has cold cough. so she can't sleep properly and there is no fever in the morning bt sometimes fever comes back in the evening, after few hours again it is going back.what medication should we start??

Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is givguen. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.r steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

Get a proper checkup done with the doctor and medication would be suggested on that basis currently with the situation that you are mentioning I would recommend you to nebulise your child at least three times in the day and follow the suggestion of your doctor
