Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Ear should be only cleaned superficially very gently by an ear bud when the baby is sleeping. Do not try to clean deep inside by yourself as it can cause injury so consult your doctor for that . if the wax is impacted you can use waxiklin ear dropswe one drop twice a day for 7 days in ear it will help .

you may use otogesic drops after consulting your pediatrician.
you may use Babyhug ear syringe for this.
but please don't stick or place any other things inside your child's ear .
