#asktheexpert due to lockdown in my area, my 10 month old son missed his vaccine to be taken at 9 and half months. Is a delay harmful ? When should or can he take the vaccine?

A. Vaccination for children can be considered in the current situation as the cases of covid are less to some extent . In such condition most important Vaccination should be given on priority which your doctor will decide. Influenza xvaccine should xbe given to children above 6 months of age in this season if not given to avoidx unnecessary hospitalisation and other risk factors because of flu infection
