#AskTheExpert Duaghter is 4.5 years old. She used to grind her teeths very badly while sleeping. Please let me know how to solve this issue

A. Teeth grinding among toddlers and young children is common and in most cases occurs during sleep at naptime and bedtime. Most children will grow out of it by the age of six. Because most cases of tooth grinding occur before the child has their adult teeth, it usually does not cause any long-term damage.
