#asktheexpert Dr my baby is five months old.i want to join back to office now.i leave by 8 am and return by 7 pm I am very much confused about my babies diet .kindly suggest a diet plan. which is better formula milk or cow's milk??

Hello ma’am Cows milk can only be given after the age of one year so as of now if you have to resume your job and you want to give something to your child and it should be formula feed only nothing else because that would be much better thing to go for rather than going for any kind of mail and after your child completes the age of six months you can switch to regular don’t pasteurised milk as well
