#AskTheExpert dr my baby is 3n hald m old n she is doing watery poop since 3 4days for 3 tms ..today she is poop for 4tms n its consistency is watery n green.. what should i do.. is she teething.. befor 10dys she had a cough so i gave her mecidine according to my pediatricians

Give enterogermina sachet with zinc supplements
Give adequate feeding
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
