You’ll have to focus on giving proper food to the child in which of the make sure that milk is not offered more than two or three times in the day if the child is hungry offered food only when you do not replace it with milk looking at your child is hungry I’m sure slowly the child would eat what you are giving and also start with an iron supplement for the child
