#asktheexpert Dr Greetings I'm a mother of 4 month's old baby girl. how do I clean her ear? especially the inner area?? I'm quite used to clean the outer side and the parts that are visible with a cotton bud or cloth. however in scared to clean the inner part. pls advise

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist4 years agoA. don't clean inner part do not insert anything in ear. if baby is irritatble not feeding well or has ear pain better to consult with your doctor for examination and treatment for the same. if it's wax seen outside just clean it up with wet cotton cloth. it will improve
