Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. depends on the strength of medicine it will be advisable not to self medicate the child and take proper instruction from your doctor before giving any medicine Dolo syrup can be given to the baby 3 times a day

Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child4 years agoA. Hi dear mom Give paracetamol to ur baby for fever. U can repeat the dose after five six hours if fever comes again.. If no other symptoms other than fever then no need to worry. This is just viral fever.
