ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. the permanent teeth are bigger in size than the milk teeth and the spaces that are present during milk teeth close due to the size of the permanent teeth if the spaces are still present please visit a dentist and the treatment might start once your child is around ten years of age
