#asktheexpert Doctors, just wants to know which is best calcium syrup for kids of age group of 5-6 years

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is more than five years of age if you want use calcium syrup you can use calcimax p to the baby 5ml 2 times a day but it is better baby get natural source of calcium from dairy products eggs etc

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom...if you give well balanced meal and calcium rich food.. you don't need any supplements...baby diet should include fresh vegetables fruits legume dairy products poultry items and dry fruits.
