#AskTheExpert doctor saying baby having jaundice upto thigh..kindly advice us regarding this

A. neonatal jaundice is common occurrence in babies especially if they are born premature jaundice thigh tak hai is like to tell a very rough estimation of bilirubin level there are many causes for elevated bilirubin whether your child needs treatment ( usually in form of phototherapy) or not depends on the time of onset of jaundice, her serum bilirubin level, her age , gestation age at which baby was born the best person to guide is ur child's paedtrician who is examing ur child....

A. get the blood test of the baby to know proper levels for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
