#AskTheExpert doctor my son age is 9 month per day he is pooping 4 or 5 times is it normal or any health problem

A. if the consistency of the stool is normal that is semi solid to solid there is no need to worry about the frequency of the stool. the frequency can vary for 4 to 5 times per day and sometimes the child wizll not pass stool for few days also. also do no worry about colour and smell of the stool when stool consistency is semisolid to solid. you hzave to meet the dr only if it is totally watery stool or it is hard stool or the child is having pain while passing the stool.

A. hi if child is gaining enough weight , showing no discomfort with it then it is ok. just give home cooked , fresh food to your child give Natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk banana etc more keep your child well hydrated maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
