#asktheexpert Doctor my new born baby drink milk & throws it out at same time. Why this happened? She didn't take burp every time she drink milk, is it safe and which sleeping position is good if she didn't take burp

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. hi parent little bit spitting is common in exclusively breastfed babies feed the baby in sitting and c arm position burp everytime after feeding adequately if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Occasional spits after feeding is normal in small babies due to reflux. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Do not lay down your baby immediately after feeding. Hold your baby in upright position for sometime and gently rub on the back till the baby burps. Use Babyhug tummy roll on. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
