Try including - curd,sprouts, nuts, leafy green, paneer, fresh fruits, dals, ragi in her meals.
Try new recipes like - fruit custard, paneer cheese frankie, mashed potatoes, palak pakoda, sprout dosa, nuts ladoo, fruit lassi, ragi pancake etc.
