#AskTheExpert doctor my child is 10 months old can I give him apple smoothie at night ...as people say we should not give apples at nite.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. avoid!! good to feed apple smoothie in day time, especially before noon so that its nutrients are best absorbed.
gi e 3 to 4 time semi solid food.
