A. Hello mom you have to make a attempt and prefer to be firm with your decision and not give in to their demands as that would then get the things more difficult, now as per their age they can be given all usual family foods, and animal milk preferably cows milk as it taste similar to mother milk as well. stop one feed at a time, and either keep them full before their feed time, or keep the food or milk ready, or keep him distracted,
