A. hi it happens because of dehydration . so please keep your child well hydrated. apply thin layer of ghee on your child lips dress your child in weather appropriate clothes. keep your child in well vantileted room. give Massage to your child daily don't give bath for more than 10 minutes maintain good hygiene.
