#AskTheExpert doctor my baby is 1 year 1 month old and he is suffering from constipation since he was 2 months old. I have given multiple medicines. If not given stool will be completely dry which causes bleeding

first,I advise to maintain good hydration throughout the day.
give few sips of Luke warm water to drink at gap of 2 or 3 hours.
give fiber rich diet.
avoid giving outside food items
encourage your child to do more physical activities
best to give juice of soaked Black raisins daily in morning
