Q.

#AskTheExpert.. doctor my baby boy is now 10 month completed June month 13...now 11 ranning..... two teeth only came out.... other teeths are did not come .... what happened this much late....is he have any vitamin deficiency...?

A. it's fine, teething may occur anytime between 6-14 month. Wait upto 14 month.. There can be multiple reasons for delayed teething and one of that is deficiency in calcium. However, if you are certain that your baby received proper nutrition from breastfeeding or formula feeding, then i don't think calcium deficiency is the issue. Heriditary is Another more common cause for late teething

A. I have attached detail oic of tooth eruption and tooth shedding. Every baby has their own milestones. So dont worry. Wait for some more time. Daily give gentle massage to ur baby's gums with clean finger.
