#AskTheExpert..doctor, my 2 yr baby has been passing normal stool 2..3 times a day since last 1week. mostly everytime after a meal. one week ago he had mild stomach pain along with this passing stool, so we visited doctor and doctor has prescribed probiotic for 3 days. since then he does not have stomach pain but pass stool 2..3 times a day, and these are normal poop. is this normal?

A. Potty after Every Meal could be because of many reasons like some chronic infection which could be amoebiasis or indigestiojn or could be habitual also syo it needs proper assessment to rule out the cause

A. Hi Yes absolutely till the time your child is not suffering with diarrhoea 3 to 4 times emotions in a day is considered completely normal so in this case you do not have to worry about for sure if it is more than that then it is a matter of concern
