#AskTheExpert doctor can i give food to my daughter. 5 month old I'm not having enough milk. so powder milk only exclusively we are giving. so can we start solid food doctor

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no, better to start after 6 month of age.. if your milk is not sufficient to your baby than formual milk is good option..Formula milk is better as it is made similar to breast milk
