Q.

#asktheexpert Do I need to breastfeed baby from both breasts at a time or only single? There's some confusion as doctor told feed from single breast in one session and other in the next, while some ppl say feed from both the breasts in a session.

A. you can do anyways you are comfortable you can feed in your baby with both the best at single time or you can feed one breast at a time and next in the next feeding but be careful to feed with both the breasts to maintain proper shape
