A. take all essential nutrients add fruits and vegetables specially green leafy vegetables, add whole grains cereal etc dal pulses, milk and milk products add non veg sources of protein if you are eating stay hydrated

A. hello mom u need every thing in ur diet like carbohydrates fats minerals vitamins and protein so u need to take homemade healthy and nutritional diet which is not good for ur but ur baby's health as well have lots of water
