A. Hello mam I suppose u r taking about 23 weeks pregnancy situation Then it’s second trimester you can have a balanced diet Diet should include at least 1 or 2 seasonal fruits but no juices Vegetables 2 to 3 serving per day Milk and milk products 3 serving in day Include oats, ragi, daal, boiled sprouts in your routine diet Avoid excess intake of sugar, sweets, juices , fried food, ghee rich food in the diet Do not fall for the quote eat for two as excess eating may lead to weight gain n other health issues
