In 20 months, there are variety of nutritious foods that can be included in baby's diet like oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, legumes, ghee, boiled egg, omelette, veg cutlet, veg sandwich, chicken and fish curry with rice, stuffed parantha, pan cake, waffle, veg cutlet, veg sandwich, curd, buttermilk, seasonal fruits, fresh juices, coconut water and 550-650 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
