9am break fast as poha cheela upma idly dosa uthapam cornflakes chocos
11am any fruit as papaya apple pear sapota banana..
1.30pm lunch as rice dal sabji or khichdi with vegetables..
4.30pm snacks as vegetables cutlet bread pakoda potato tikka
7.30pm dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha
10pm a cup of milk..
