You can give foods like ragi porridge, homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, kheer, khichadi, vegetable purée, dal rice.
Seasonal fruits
Curd, paneer
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Give 2 to 3 meals a day and up to half katori every time.
Continue to breastfeed.
