Give oats, kherr, Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge adding fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana...
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.
curd rice, curd roti(soaked), Daal roti(mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies..
You can add few drops of ghee and dry fruits Powder in each preparation to enhance nutritional value.

For breastfeeding, you can better check your supply, Continue feeding the baby often.Feeding will stimulate milk secreation and you can take few foods,which would enhance milk supply.

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetables cereals
Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables to increase your milk
More sucking leads to more milk
