#AskTheExpert diarrhea with spit up to 4 month old baby boy. primary health center gives zinc for 14days and Metronidazole Benzoat Oral Suspension IP No Result but problem increased Private Hospital instructed Dehydration with Ondansertron Oral Solution, Colistin Sulphate Oral Suspension IP 12.5/5ml and Lactic Acid Bacillus Powder. Vomiting Controlled, But Potty still not in good condition. suggest the best thank you

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Continue with the medicine prescribed by the doctor. It will be fine.. Breastfeed develops antibodies to fight with infection. So breast feed ur baby after every 2-3 hours or when demanded by the baby. Take care
