Q.

#AskTheExpert Diarrhea for 7-8 times for my kids 4.5 years old. Vomitting for 2-3 times. suggest food to give & medication to be followed.

A. Hello Because of diarrhoea & vomitting, there will be dehydration which has to be avoided Child eating less solid foods is fine, but make sure to give lot of fluids with electrolytes to child Give lemon juice, fruit juices, vegetable soups, curd, butter milk, coconut water , ORS liquids continuously . Take advice from paediatrician for the medicines.
