#AskTheExpert Despite of giving muout powder and fruits, raisins etc.my baby is passing hard stool and she cries alot while doing. what to do

A. hi it happens because of inadequate intake of fluids or low fiber diet so please keep your child well hydrated. offer natural probiotics like curd buttermilk banana etc to your child. you can give fiber rich food like green leafy vegetables, tomatoes soup ,prune juice , fruit like pear papaya plum banana etc to your child. you can give warm milk with one tbsp of ghee. encourage your child to do more physical activities. give Massage to your child daily give Massage on stomach in clock wise direction with firm hands maintain good hygiene
