Q.

#AskTheExpert Dear Doctor, My son has turned 6 months. Since birth we have been giving him VIT. D3 drops (1ml). Lately, many of our friends who are already parents have shared their experience that they used to give Iron & Calcium supplements as well. My question is that is it mandatory to give these supplements? Have we done any wrong by not giving our son these iron & calcium supplements?

A. it is not necessary to give iron drops or calcium drops as baby drink only milk and that is a very good source of calcium but it is very very important to give your baby vitamin d3 from the time of birth still one year of age it is very very compulsory for bones and teeth

A. Not all babies kids do require infact natural foods will heko your baby get iron calcium as well. But if your worried it's good n I suggest it would be better to check with your doctor and follow his advise. That would be the best and safest option for your kid.
